Fightnight Smashing Success

Last Friday the 20th of September 2019 The Corporate Fighter which is a massive Black Tie Event held at Star City for over 600 Corporates all raising money for The Starlight Foundation with 18 fights both men and woman.

Stephanie Farah, Sales Executive of NGFarah participated in this incredible fundraising event. In lead up to the event, Stephanie trained hard for 3 months to be prepared for the fight.

Stephanie’s competition was Elle Dawe from Penrith, who unfortunately took the lead of the fight and Stephanie lost the the 3 round boxing event. The team at NGFarah and Stephanie can be completely proud of her efforts in the lead up and on the night and she didn’t lose any supporters on the night.

Nicknamed ‘The Faz’ Steph rounded up 3 corporate tables and had many of her friends, work colleagues, clients and family all attending and supporting her wholeheartedly.

We asked Stephanie “why did you get involved?”  Steph answered, “For a couple of reasons but mainly for The Starlight Foundation to challenge myself physically and mentally and I suppose if I was going to have a fight that’s the best place to have it.” Stephanie loved the people she met on the journey and loved getting out of her comfort zone.

We are so proud of her for all of her efforts and we cannot wait to see what her next endeavours for our local community are.
