Also another record sale that was made by our Coogee office on the border of Randwick & Coogee was a unit in Higgs Street which was purchased off the plan for $2,700,000 & recently sold prior to completion for $3,000,000 without any marketing. Coogee has the benefits of one of the safest swimming beaches in the Sydney area, a 5 Star Hotel in the Crowne Plaza, the vibrant Coogee Pavilion owned and operated by Justin Hemms, Coogee Oval which is home to the Randwick Rugby Club and a host of quality restaurants and cafes all located in Coogee Bay Road.
With close proximity to the City and the airport it seems obvious that Coogee is a great place to invest or to live in.
