One of Sydney’s leading Australian owned family Real Estate Agencies, NGFarah, has appointed a new Head of Sales as it pushes forward with plans to develop and grow its team.
NGFarah Director - Peter Goulding today announced that Adrian Bo, previously of McGrath Estate Agents, has joined the team to take on the Head of Sales role and also a partnership position in the business.
“Like many businesses, we have taken this time to review our operations and look at ways to keep evolving what we do. This includes investing in our people and recruiting in new energy and experience,” he said.
“In Adrian, we have secured one of the industry’s consistently top performing agents at a national level. His expertise especially in on-the-ground listing and selling is a great addition to our Group.”
Mr Bo has had a highly awarded 31 year Real Estate career, transacting more than 2,500 sales amounting to more than $4B worth of property, including past clients who have appointed Adrian Bo to sell their property, David Warner, Jennifer Hawkins, Scott Morrison (current PM) & actor Richard Roxburgh.
Adrian spent 25 years at McGrath Estate Agents, before leaving the business at the end of 2019 and earlier this year re-established a training and mentoring business.
“I’ve had the privilege to know many of the NGFarah team personally – some for more than 30 years – and I have always been impressed by their deeply family oriented culture.
“The offer to join the team in this capacity and also take an ownership position within an independent organisation is a great opportunity and I look forward to playing a pivotal role in the future success of the business,” he said.
NGFarah has been operating for almost 60 years and have 3 offices in Sydney including Coogee, Kingsford and Mascot.
Mr Bo will be based out of the Coogee office.
