Martin Farah Number 1 in 2021

At the end of every Financial Year - at NGFarah - we recognise the achievements of our Sales Agents and Property Managers. 

One of the most prestigious awards in the company, is the Sales Agent of the Year award.

In 2020/2021, this was awarded to 30 Year Expert and Partner in the business, Mr Martin Farah.

Martin has been the recipient of this award on at least 8 occasions, over the past 30 years and in a highly competitive market has gone over and above the call of duty to ensure his clients’ needs are served at a very high level. 

During the year, Martin has sold over $174,074,600 worth of property – totalling 69 sales. 

This included properties ranging from $600,000 apartments to a $10,000,000 block of units.

Martin is passionate about selling real estate and is complimented by his long-time Executive Assistant, David Yacoub and just recently, the dynamic and energetic Christina Zouvelekis who has also joined the Martin Farah Team.

Martin and his team have adjusted to a new way of selling property, under Covid-19 and whilst they cannot carry out live auctions and open houses, they have at least 40 scheduled buyer appointments each week and to date, their Zoom Auctions are at 100% clearance rate.

Martin said, “The market is really strong at the moment and whilst interest rates are low, people should take full advantage of this time.”
