The NGFarah Project Marketing division was established in Sydney in 1998, when the Company launched its’ first project “off the plan” known as Bay Gardens at Maroubra Beach, on behalf of Toga Group. All 100 properties were successfully sold off the plan in record time. This project and the successful sales strategy implemented by the NGFarah Project Marketing team pioneered ‘off plan’ selling in South Eastern Sydney.
Over the following decade, NGFarah Project Marketing exclusively managed and sold thousands of new apartments and homes off the plan across NSW (and South East QLD) which included many high profile projects. The company is today considered one of Australia’s most experienced and consistently performing project marketers, specialising in new development and project sales.
The Company’s Directors share in excess of 120 years of extensive Real Estate experience and combined personal sales of $10 billion, making them one of Australia’s most experienced team of property professionals under ‘one roof’.

For every new project undertaken, the specialist project marketing sales division on the ground is supported by several NGFarah sales offices maximising local exposure plus affiliated network agents in China and South East Asia, providing massive global exposure.

All projects are exclusively managed by Director Peter Goulding around the clock, including a 'hands on' presence in the day to day sales process, engaging the market place.
