Damien joined NGFarah in August 2001, as a young ambitious Property Manager with charisma and a great work ethic.

We immediately thought that Damien would fit in to the NGFarah culture, with his drive and determination for Real Estate.

Over the past 20 years, Damien has taken his profession to the next level. His ability to understand the needs of clients and more importantly, get the job done confidently and swiftly, is one of his best traits.

In 2018, Damien married Sarah and last year started a family of his own, welcoming Pia into the world. That same year, Damien was appointed Head of

Property Management at NGFarah and now controls approximately 2,500 properties and a team of 25 Property Managers and Leasing Consultants. During the Covid-19 period, Damien’s commitment has been unwavering, and he has set a fantastic example for his whole team.
