Last night N G Farah conducted their monthly in room auctions at Coogee’s Crowne Plaza Hotel. On a fantastic evening, 100% of the properties were sold, all above the reserve price.
These properties included
- A studio apartment at 5/30-32 Macpherson Street, Waverley for $470,500 by Martin Farah
- A 2 bedroom apartment at 3/141 Coogee Bay road, Coogee for $727,000 by David Lee
- A Classic Federation Home at 447 Anzac Parade Kingsford for $923,000 by David Lee
In addition, a 2 bedroom apartment at 5/31 Mascot Drive, Eastlakes sold for $408,000 prior to auction by Joe Recep.
