I have been dealing with James Daniel for a long time (close to 20 years) and I must admit that he's such a pleasure to work with. He's always prompt, energetic, knows his staff and willing to share advice and opinions. Over the years, he has definitely maintained the same attitudes and professionalism whilst excel in the rental and property management on all aspects. This recent property was rented out less than a week which no doubt worth celebration but what really amazed me is his positive, proactive, efficient and personal approach that I can't even recommend any area for improvement. From my initial inquiry about finding a property manager, through to signing the tenant, James Daniel and the team at NG Farah have been professional, attentive, and super responsive. Even though I was traveling between states, James provided information and updates seamlessly. I just recently bought a property through NG Farah and am about to settle tomorrow. I am not in a position to live there just yet, but it was a "no brainer" to lease the property through the team at N.G. Farah, specifically James Daniel and Luke Dosovic. From the first interaction, it was clear that they truly put my interest at heart and went over and above to deliver on my needs and secure a tenant for me by settlement time. It has been a rollercoaster ride juggling settlement and locking in a tenant but I was in very capable hands with the two of them. They (like the sales team) are very responsible, transparent, flexible, honest, and at the same time, very caring about getting the best outcome for me. I am so pleased to confirm that the day before settlement, they have managed to secure a tenant for me at a much higher weekly rental than originally forecasted. He was incredibly responsive and helpful. We got an immediate response to every phone call and email. He had a solution for every issue we raised. He made the process of renting very smooth and easy. James Daniel from NGFarah Kingsford is one of the best real estate agents I have come across who is very customer focused, with positive attitude and his professionalism is exemplary. James has been very reponsive to my queries as he started managing my property in Kingsford which I purchased in September 2019. James has proved that time and again with his thorough knowledge of leasing and the locall market. Everytime tenants applied for tenancy James would perform thorough checks on the tenants, advising me on the suitability of the tenants, the rents that would attract the right tenants etc. James also led me through multiple rounds of negotiation to get a price I was comfortable with. In the end, within three weeks of buying property James found the right tenants and the tenants were able to move in to the property the next day after the settlement of property. This is a great achievement as there was no downtime. I have never had to follow up James for anything as I would have all the answers provided to me even before I think about them. James is very prompt in his responses, diligent in his business and very professional in everything he does. I have recommended James Daniel of NGFarah to everyone I know. James is a true professional and genuinely nice guy. I realise it won't always be easy to lease a property in the current saturated market, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better agent.
