I just wanted to send you a note to say how extremely impressive your team member Sofi Petkovski has been in helping us set-up a lease in Brook Street with NG Farah.

From my initial contact with Sofi, when I was attending the inspection, to setting up a follow-on inspection for my daughter to attend – Sofi has been incredibly professional, courteous and proactive. 

We are long-term renters in the Coogee/Randwick area and have had interactions with many Agents over the past 7 years. I have to say Sofi is a stand-out.

She has been extremely responsive, very helpful and considered on the phone, was on time/patient with our second visit to the property we were interested in. Then she also followed-up actively and stayed in touch with me to let me know where everything was at.  She called this weekend again to touch base.

While a rental agent helped me lock the lease down today (as I am a business owner and extremely busy) – it was down to Sofi keeping actively in touch with me and keeping me up to date – that made me lock the lease in.  Having such a professional person interacting with me was very reassuring and gave confidence in the overall team.
